I am a seasoned Administrative Professional with over 30 years in the field. I bring with me extensive experience of all office administrative tasks with expertise in data analysis and report generation on a multitude of database programs and cloud-based systems.
My experience comes from working as a Senior Office Administrator for large corporations and government agencies such as Magna International, Toronto Hydro and Bell Canada.

With 28 years in U.S. Federal Probation and Pretrial Services, I can conclusively state that I have a sincere passion for helping organizations make systemic, lasting, meaningful changes.
For the past ten years, I served as the Chief of U.S. Probation and Pretrial Services for Western Washington. During this time, I initiated changes to increase diversity and inclusion, revamp and revitalize the presentence unit, increase data accountability, reorganize management, develop and implement evidence-based programs, address complex personnel issues, manage budget reductions and oversaw the successful consolidation of U.S Probation and Pretrial Services. One of my proudest accomplishments in this position was changing the culture of safety training to realistic, evidenced-based training where all staff can be empowered to succeed.
Prior to serving as the Chief, I was the Deputy Chief of U.S. Pretrial Services for Western Washington, a supervisor, and line officer in pretrial, presentence, and post-conviction supervision. I am proud to have worked my way up the management ranks, being the first female chief and first female officer to create scenario-based safety training in Western Washington.
I have served as a trainer for the Federal Judicial Training Center for over 25 years, worked as a college professor in Criminal Justice, have my Masters in Organizational Leadership and been asked to help many districts with complex organizational challenges.
I am committed to the process of professional change in management practices for leaders and organizations.
